Bill Gates is the founder of Microsoft. Bill Gates and friends developed a programming language called Altair Basic. The friends are Paul Allen and Monte Davidoff. The program is first release on July 1,1975. Altair Basic is a interpreter BASIC language meant to run on the MITS Altair 8800. Interpreter is a program that executes instructions written in a high-level language.

The popularity of Altair Basic is very much so this makes Microsoft. So this made to think personal computer.The finished interpreter, including its own I/O system and line editor, fit in only four kilobytes of memory, leaving plenty of room for the interpreted program.
